Every year at Carebase we recognise those employees who go the extra mile to improve the quality of our residents’ lives through our ‘Hearts of Gold’ scheme. These individuals do not just do their jobs they consistently demonstrate compassion and dedication to make our residents’ lives better each and every day.

Anyone who has an association with the home including residents, relatives, co-workers, social workers, suppliers or other health professionals can nominate their ‘Heart of Gold’ and we celebrate their success at an awards event.

We would like to invite you to the awards ceremony at our homes where we will recognise nominees and celebrate their excellence.
