From the residents
One resident’s family told us, “I will always remember the kindness and patience I received from the start Monica when I first called the home, which was very reassuring. My family and I were immediately made to feel very welcome, including my two dogs who Dad always loved to see. One of the best things is that we always saw the same carers, so we got to know them all very well. I am so glad that we were lucky enough to find the home – I only wish that all care homes were like this and had someone as exceptional as Monica running them.”
